Alecsia Pagani

Partner of the firm since its foundation, Alecsia Pagani has focused on judicial and extrajudicial protection of trademarks, patents, designs, confidential information, and unfair competition.

She has experience in judicial protection of intangible assets before administrative authorities (UIBM, EUIPO, and CJEU) and has specialized in advertising, particularly concerning "green claims" and sustainability.

Alecsia supports clients across various sectors, including mechanical, energy, agro-industrial, and collaborates with major Italian firms in intellectual property. She also assists Civil Law departments in firms throughout the country.

Member of AIPPI since 2013, she also serves on the Industrial and Intellectual Property Commission of Agam (Young Lawyers Association of Milan) and has been invited to join the Industrial and Intellectual Property Commission of the Milan Bar Association.

Ph.D. in Intellectual Property from the University of Parma, dissertation on "Patent Protection: From Modifications in Examination to Limitations of the Title Granted" (2016).

Admitted to the Milan Bar (2016). Registered as a lawyer specializing in Civil Law since 2023 (areas: industrial law, intellectual property, technological innovation, contract law).
